Why does my ticket have a QR code?

All tickets going forward will be coded for security purposes and they will be scanned as you enter the venue.


I've lost/never received my confirmation email and therefore my print-at-home tickets, what do I do?

Please contact the Raceday Sales & Ticketing Manager by emailing hospitality@ellerslie.co.nz or phone 09 522 3824 and she will check your booking. It may be that your email address was entered incorrectly. Never fear!  We will make sure you receive your email before the event kicks off. 

I left my print-at-home ticket at home; can I still get in the gates?

While not the preferred method, print-at-home tickets are able to be scanned off a smart phone.  To do so you will have to bring up the PDF of the ticket on your device for scanning.  You can do this by clicking the link in your confirmation email.


I can’t come to the races any more, can I get a refund?

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.


When I purchased my ticket I agreed to the Terms and Conditions of entry, what are they again?
