Why does my ticket have a barcode?

All tickets going forward will be barcoded for security purposes and they will be scanned as you enter the venue.

 

I lost my ticket; can I get a new one?

We are able to replace lost tickets, please contact us with booking details and we will arrange replacement. Any necessary mailing costs will apply. Replacement will invalidate your original ticket.

If you have lost a hospitality ticket, please contact the Raceday Sales & Ticketing Manager and she will deal with each lost ticket on a case by case basis. hospitality@ellerslie.co.nz or phone 09 522 3824

 

What is the mailing cost for?

We are now able to offer Print-at-Home tickets, which give you the flexibility to print your own tickets when you are ready.  If you prefer to have them mailed out then there are costs associated to cover mailing costs and administration time.  The costs apply as follows:

  • Print-at-home: RECOMMENDED - The most convenient delivery method. Print your tickets when it suits you. To print your tickets at home open your confirmation email and click on the link provided, or sign into your Ticketstore account to access your tickets at any time. No charge

  • Courier: Courier packages require a signature; therefore please ensure that someone is able to sign for the delivery between the hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm for a street address or 8:30am-5:00pm for a business address. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.  All tickets will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event.  $10 per order

  • Mail: We mail tickets two weeks prior to the event. Tickets usually arrive within 5 - 7 days of posting. $5 per order

  • Collection: You can collect your tickets prior to the raceday from our office (the one-storied brick building just inside Gate 6) anytime between 8.30am - 5.00pm weekdays OR on the day, from the Ticket Collection Booth (beside the turnstiles by Gate 6) which opens 30 minutes before the racecourse gates open. $3 per order

 

I left my print-at-home ticket at home; can I still get in the gates?

While not the preferred method, print-at-home tickets are able to be scanned off a smart phone.  To do so you will have to bring up the PDF of the ticket on your device for scanning.  You can do this by clicking the link in your confirmation email, or by accessing your Ticketstore account online.

 

I can’t come to the races any more, can I get a refund?

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

 

I never received my print-at-home ticket/confirmation, what do I do?

Please contact the Raceday Sales & Ticketing Manager by emailing hospitality@ellerslie.co.nz or phone 09 522 3824 and she will check your booking. It may be that your email address was entered incorrectly. Alternatively you can login to your account on our Ticketstore and access your booking details and Print-at-Home tickets from there.

 

When I purchased my ticket I agreed to the Terms and Conditions of entry, what are they again?

I received my tickets in the post but notice the terms and conditions on the back of the ticket are different to the terms and conditions I sighted when purchasing.  Why is this?

The ticket stock is a standard stock and the terms and conditions on the back are not specific to Ellerslie.  Our terms and conditions can be found here.
