Should you refuse to provide us with your personal information orrefuse to enter your credit card details on the DPS platform, we will not be able to confirm bookings and/or provide tickets to you.

•any person/authority to which disclosure is authorised or required by the Act or any other law;
•New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Inc. for promotional purposes; or
•any other person authorised by you.
Protecting your personal information:
Personal information collected from online booking and ticket sales will be retained by us in our database.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, modification, or unauthorised access, use and disclosure. These steps include confidentiality obligations imposed on our employees and service providers and the use of security measures for computer system access.
Once we no longer require your personal information for any of the purposes for which it was collected, we will, subject to any legal obligations and responsibilities, take reasonable steps to destroy our copies of your personal information.
