You are not able to move between rooms or go to other areas of the racecourse for the duration of your visit - this includes going out to the tie-up stalls, the Parade Ring or to any other rooms or spaces that may normally be available on raceday. You must stay in your allocated room or within the defined, outdoor grandstand space that has been allocated to it
Cash-out facilities will be available at the bars; however we also suggest you bring cash with you
Please ensure you enter and exit the racecourse via your designated entry / exit points

WHAT IF I AM AN AUCKLAND RACING CLUB MEMBER AND HAVE A HORSE RACING TOO?

If you are a 'dual attendee' (i.e. a member who also owns a horse that is racing on the day) you must select which one of your allocated room options you wish to base yourself from and make that known at the time of your RSVP.
You will not be able to move between multiple areas - you need to opt in to which category you'd like to fall under for the day at the time of your RSVP and only go into that category's allocated area on the day.
ARE MASKS REQUIRED? We recommend that you bring and wear a mask or face covering as per the Government's recommendation, however this is not mandatory.
We will have hand sanitiser stations at the entrance to your room and please do not forget to use the Government’s NZ Covid Tracer app upon entry to the racecourse and your allocated room (we are also keeping a list of those people who RSVP and attend the event).
