TRACKCHAT | Pukekohe Park Racemeeting | 10 April 2022

Need an insider tip? Keen to know how the track is shaping up?

Here's your preview to our upcoming raceday, complete with a track update and tips to help provide you all the info you need.

Track update

At the time of writing (Saturday afternoon) the track is rated a Soft 5 with a further penetrometer due this afternoon.
It is likely the track will be a Soft 5 this afternoon and improve to a Good 4 tomorrow morning.

Hear what our track manager, Emery White, has to say about the track conditions (as at Friday afternoon).

Need a tip:

Exec GM of racing & operations, Craig Baker, rates:

Race 8 | HR FISKEN & SONS LTD 1400 | 4:38 pm

On what is a tough punting day, my best is Dubai Diva (#10) in race 8. The daughter of Pride Of Dubai is close to a win after a last start second and, in what is not an overly strong race, looks well placed to break through.

Sponsorship manager, Bill Heap rates:

Race 4 | BAYLEYS PUKEKOHE 1600 | 2:18 pm | #3 Celebre

Race 6 | DUNSTAN HORSEFEEDS 1400 | 3:29pm | #1 Notabadphelan

Timings:

Gates open: 11:15am

First race: 12:15pm

Last race: 4:38pm
