We spoke to jockeys competing in the Karaka Million 3YO to get their comments on how the race went.
1st: Probabeel Opie Bosson
It wasn't a pretty ride. We had to come right round them but she was too good. Once she balanced up she was pretty impressive.
2nd: Conqueror James McDonald
He bundled the start but he ran out of his skin.
3rd: Hasstobegood Vinnie Colgan
Good filly. The first two are good horses but stuck on well for third.
4th: Harlech Mick Dee
Maybe feeling a little tired with his recent racing. He's done a good job.
5th: Tibetan Leith Innes
Super run. They ran 1:33, so he's run huge.
6th: Pimlico Jason Waddell
He cut out some strong sectionals and he was reasonably brave.
7th: Rhaegar Danielle Johnson
Felt the track.
8th: Mascarpone Ryan Elliot
He put himself into the race, he's done well.
9th: Aalaalune Matt Cameron
She wasn't bad. Did a bit of work around them from the outside gate. She stuck on well.
10: He's Got Power Lisa Allpress
Track too firm.
11th: Stateline Sam Weatherley
He was in a bad mood and got chopped out half-way down.
12th: Sacred Lae Cameron Lammas
Outclassed.
Last: Our Creed Craig Grylls
Near the pace. Had him off the bridle turning for home, got dealt too, knocked the stuffing out of him.
