Jockey Comments | Jarden Stakes

st Fiscal Fantasy - Lisa All[press - A really neat little horse to ride. She positioned herself really well three back the fence which was the plan. Great when a plan comes to fruition and she got the gaps when they came.

nd Charles Road - Craig Grylls - Great run. Jumped a bit handier today, travelled well throughout. He had a nice trail. Balanced up and had a good kick but he may have been one run short.

rd Vadavar - Opie Bosson - He just didn't have any luck.

th Sherrif - Leith Innes - Good run first time over ground this campaign. Ideal prep for the Counties Cup.

th Sultan Of Swing - Jonathan Riddell - Got a bit tight turning for home then hit a bit of a flat spot. Once I got him out he finished off ok.

th Roger That - Sam Collett - Super happy with his run. Third time up and over 2000m shows more of what he's capable of.

th On The Rocks - Chad Ormsby - Okay run. Just a little fresh. Tugged a bit and got taken on down the back. He'll take a lot of improvement out of that.

th Orakei Overlord - Sam Weatherley - A really good run. Back to a Benchmark R84 next start and he'll be very hard to beat.

th Livin' On A Prayer - Danielle Johnson - WFA probably a bit rich for her at the moment.

th Mont Ventoux - Andrew Calder - Looking for a wetter track but he'll go out for a spell now.

th My Gift - Trudy Thornton - He tried hard. Definitely needs more cut in the track

th Blue Breeze - Michael McNab - if he drew a gate and I was able to put him in the first six, I think he'd run a lot different.

th De Koning - Lynsey Satherley - He missed away and then raced a bit dour. Probably needs a little freshen up.

Last Poker Face - Troy Harris - No comment.
