Jockey Comments | Jamieson Park Eight Carat Classic

st - Amarelinha - Opie Bosson - Very exciting filly. Amazing turn of foot. I'm so excited. I haven't ridden like this one for a while..

nd - Fleetwood Maca - Andrew Calder - Lovely filly. Probably hit the front too soon and she waited for the winner but she fought back really well. There's still a lot of improvement in her too!

rd - Moana - Chad Ormsby - Had to use her from the gates. She's still got a bit to learn. When she does learn to settle she's going to have an amazing burst of speed.

th - Needle And Thread - Craig Grylls - Great run in the trail but got a bit keen when they eased the pace in the middle stages but hit the line strongly the last 100m.

th - Arancia - Jasmine Fawcett - She did a bit of work from a wide draw. She's a real good filly who will win a nice race.

th - Slave To Love - Ashvin Goindasamy - Had a nice spot , just got a little bit keen down the back straight but she ran on really strongly.

th - Helsinki - Danielle Johnson - She's still quite weak. She may need a break soon. She's done well this prep and she will come back a better horse.

th -Sweet Anna - Michael McNab - Wants the blinkers on.

th - Camaraosa - Sam Weatherley - Got pulling quite hard and nearly fell down the back.

th - Cheaperthandivorce - Vinnie Colgan - She needs to learn her ring craft but will be a nice filly when she does.

th - De La Terre - Ryan Eliot - Can't get a mile.

th - Shezdelicious - Lynsey Satherley - First time right handed today. She will be okay with more racing.

th - Devotioninmotion - Leith Innes - Needs a freshen up.

th - Tango Love - Sam Collett - She's gone a wee bit average. Probably be better in the Autumn.

Last - Royce Roca - Shaun McKay - She's better than that, not her day today.
