Our function arm - Ellerslie Event Centre - is on the hunt for some highly-skilled food & beverage duty managers who enjoy working in both the back & front-of-house, assisting with the day-to-day operations of what is a very busy department.
Reporting directly to our assistant operations managers, you must have strong skills in managing multiple functions and coordinating with all relevant departments simultaneously.
You will have a minimum of three years' food and beverage experience, good leadership qualities with a great understanding of food and beverage operations and management, Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Hospitality experience, a general manager's certificate and flexible availability are compulsory. In return, we can offer you comprehensive training in your role and assist you to reach your personal and ongoing development.
