We spoke to jockeys competing in the Corson Maize Hunt Hurdle to get their comments on how the race went.
1st: Laekeeper Shaun Fannin
Relaxed nicely. Followed the leader and was too good in the finish.
2nd: No Tip Aaron Kuru
Good effort. First time at the distance. Did everything right. Hit the line well.
3rd: King Oberon Isaac Lupton
Ran very well.
4th: Arite Guru Toni Moki
Very happy with the run. Maybe short of a run but really happy.
5th Delegate Matthew Gillies
Loomed up late and looked to be in the finish but when the pressure went on he didn't see out the distance. Testing track.
6th: Abacus Emily Farr
Just didn't handle the ground.
PU: Senassy: Michael Roustoby
Didn't find anything today
PU: Henry Tudor Reece Cole
Settled beautifully but was gone before the turn.
