This competition was won on the night by Kay McGarth who scored herself a prize valued at over $2,000 after picking Dynastic to win the DoubleTree by Hilton Karaka Million 2YO.
Kay's prize includes her own private cottage suite for one night at Wharekauhau Country Estate Palliser Bay for two people, a three course dinner and Wharekauhau’s famous farmhouse breakfast plus a travel credit.

Ellerslie Racecourse is also located close to public transport networks including the Greenlane Train Station which is a 600m walk away

You're able to bring your own picnic food & unopened, non-alcoholic beverages into outdoor general admission (public) areas on course & can purchase alcoholic beverages from bars on site. There are a number of food outlets on site too

We are a fully-licensed venue and BYO alcohol is not permitted. We encourage responsible drinking and intoxicated persons will not be granted entry into, or tolerated while in, the racecourse grounds

A dress code is in place in all hospitality areas and certain other areas including the Ascot Stand and at the after-race functions on course. While we hate turning people away, the dress code will be enforced as required and entry will be refused if it is not adhered to. Please ensure anyone you are purchasing tickets for is aware of this

After the last race bars will remain open. Racegoers* are also welcome to move from where they are into Cuvée** where Jetski Safari then a band will keep things going, the Cavallo Club or The Winning Post Bar**
