Positioned on the prestigious Champagne Lawn, adjacent to the Members’ Reserved Entrance and immediately beside and overlooking the racetrack, join a limited number of discerning groups in your own exclusive marquee for the ultimate in corporate hosting.

On the day they’ll also be there to take care of the finer details, meaning you’ll be left with nothing else other than to relax & enjoy the big event.
You’ll have endless opportunities to talk business between races and afterwards the last one’s been run at Ellerslie, you & your valued guests are invited to join the fun with others at the official after party in our Cuvee bar.

All bars close shortly after the last race, except Cuvee & the Winning Post Bar. All guests on course are welcome to join the official on-site after party in Cuvee until 9.00pm (R18, dress code applies, intoxicated persons will not be permitted)
Entry to hospitality areas and the official on-site after party may be refused if the dress code is not adhered to
Tickets are non-refundable and include a 2.5% transaction fee. A separate booking fee of $1.50 per ticket will also apply upon purchase.
Ellerslie encourages responsible drinking
Intoxicated persons will not be granted entry to Ellerslie Racecourse
We strongly encourage guests leave cars at home. Don’t drink and drive; use our preferred taxi supplier Auckland Co-op to get you to and from the event. They will drop you off at the main entrance and you can catch one from the same place for the journey home. Ring 300 3000 to book
