Eagle Technology Raceday

COVID-19 Update

Raceday shifting to Waikato’s Te Aroha Racecourse

Due to Auckland's alert level, Eagle Technology Raceday will not be able to take place at Ellerslie Racecourse as originally programmed. The raceday will be held at Te Aroha Racecourse and will be run as a Racing Te Aroha meeting.

This decision has been made in keeping with current Government regulations around the COVID-19 pandemic and its implications on both large social gatherings and border restrictions which will remain in effect on the scheduled event date of 27 November 2021.

  • Our hospitality team is in the process of contacting primary ticket purchasers with regards to refunds.

Deck the halls with boughs of bubbles... Christmas party season has finally arrived and we're here for it.

There’s nothing quite like it.

The racing

So far we have eight races scheduled for the day, headed up with the Group III Eagle Technology Stakes and the Listed Trevor & Corallie Eagle Memorial.

If you're bringing the younger family members, we've got their day sorted.

Free general admission gets you access to our bouncy castle and swingball sets on our public lawn, plus you can bring a picnic lunch to enjoy in outdoor areas (no alcoholic BYO sorry!).
